Look at the text. What type is it? Use the following words to complete the text.
This text is a recipe of cheese and hum triangles.
6 flour tortillas
a large piece of cheese
a packet of ham
a small onion
1/2 a 1) teaspoonful of mixed herbs

Preheat the oven to 190° C.
3) grate the cheese.
4) Slice the ham into small pieces and 5) chop up the onions.
Place the ham, cheese and onions on one half of the tortilla. Sprinkle the salt and herbs over the top.
Cover them with the remaining tortillas.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese has begun to 6) melt. Cut into triangles and serve immediately.
