I hope you are well. In your last email, you asked me about traditional dishes in my country. There are a lot of nice dishes in Russian cuisine but a traditional dish in my country is called pelmeni. Pelmeni is made from dough, minced meat with onion and various spices To cook pelmeni, we should prepare the dough and minced meat, chopped onion, salt, pepper and spices. Dough is prepared from water, eggs, salt and flour. After we roll out the dough and cut out small round pieces. Then we wrap the minced meat in small round pieces of dough. And when pelmeni is ready, we boil pelmeni for 7-10 minutes. This dish tastes is delicious differently with sour cream or spicy sauce. I hope you will try to cook it! What's your favourite traditional dish? I'd like to try it.
