1. – What’s the time?
– It’s 6:30 a.m. (It’s half past six in the morning.)
3. – What’s the time?
– It’s 7:00 a.m. (It’s seven o’clock in the morning.)
4. It’s 7:30 a.m. (It’s half past seven in the morning.) It’s time to go to school.
6. It’s 11:20 a.m. (It’s twenty past eleven in the morning.) It’s break time./It’s time for break.
7. – What time is it?
– It’s 12:00 p.m. (It’s twelve o’clock in the daytime.) It’s time to have lunch/for lunch. I am hungry.
8. It’s 3:15 p.m. (It’s (a) quarter past three in the afternoon./It’s fifteen past three in the afternoon.) It’s time to go home.
10. – What time is it?/What’s the time?
– It’s four o’clock (in the afternoon). It’s time to have dinner.
11. – What’s the time?
– It’s (a) quarter to five.
12. It’s 5 o’clock in the afternoon. It’s time for tea.
14. It’s six o’clock in the evening. It’s time to go out to play. It’s my favourite time of the day.
15. It’s 7:00 p.m. At last I am free. It’s a bit of time for me.
16. – What’s the time?/What time is it?
– It’s 9:00 p.m. (It’s nine o’clock in the evening.)
– Hurry up! It’s time to go home.
17. – What’s the time?
– It’s 10:15 p.m.
– Oh, it’s bedtime.
18. – It’s 12:00 at night.
– Yes, it’s very late. And it’s not much fun!
