In my school we have three PE lessons a week. I'm sure they're very effective as they increase our physical activity level. We become healthier and keep fit. In our PE lessons we generally have some exercises, for example, squats, press-ups and stretches, jog around the gym, play fun games such as basketball, football, pioneerball, etc. We have enough equipment. We have balls, rackets and shuttlecocks, a horse, rings and bars. In our school we have football competitions and ski competitions in winter. The best athletes of my school are my classmates. They play football and basketball well. Speaking of the use of team games, I think they help us develop a tough character and teach us to work in a group. School sport is important because we keep fit and have a healthy lifestyle.
