B: I’m sorry to hear that.
A: I’ve got a chest infection.
B: That must be awful.

A: It sounds like you could have indigestion.
B: You might be right.
A: If I were you, I’d take an antacid tablet. Hopefully that will make you feel better.
B: Yes, I think I’ll do that. Thanks a lot.

A: It sounds like you could have indigestion.
