Companies help children beat cancer, organises charity concerts with participation of Russian celebrities and pop-stars. Well-known charity organisation in Russia is called Rusfond. This charity organisation helps unhealthy children, orphan children and incapacitated people. This organisation usually involves Russian mass media to raise money. We can often read requests of help in Russian newspapers and see them even on TV.
