Being shy is a really common problem especially for teenagers. Fortunately, it is possible to overcome it or at least deal with it. One of the best ways of doing it is to “rehearse” situations in which you feel shy. If you hate talking to boys, then start by simply saying “Hello” to any you like. Once you have done it a few times, you’ll wonder Why you were so shy.
Don’t give yourself a hard time if you make some soft of mistake.
