- Repeat the chant without the cassette/CD, Hold up your book and point to the picture, The children repeat after you, Then keep the rhythm by clapping your hands or snapping your fingers, Children chant by themselves with the help of the picture.
Variation:
Pin up coloured pieces of paper (red, blue, green, yellow)and the flashcards of kingand queenon the board in the order they are mentioned in the chant, For a funny fellowyou can draw a simple sketch, Point to them and say the chant, The children repeat after you, Then, point to the pieces of paper and the flashcards and invite the children to reproduce the chant.
